Ok, so after MANY attempted plans to go see Snow White and the Huntsman, I FINALLY went tonight! Before I describe my movie theater adventure, let me go through the previous attempts I planned to go.
First, friend #1 and I were gonna go. But then she texted me and said that she couldn't go unless someone else drove. So then I asked friend #2, but her car only has 3 tires at the moment. So #1 asked her mom if #2 could drive her car. We never heard a response from her until the next day saying that she couldn't go because she had to babysit. So that leaves #2 and I. So then we ask #3, but turns out she couldn't go. So #2 and I couldn't find a ride so we couldn't go.
Second, another friend (let's call her #4) and I were gonna go. We have everything planned out, then about an hour before it's time to leave, she said that the vehicle she was planning on using, was being used to go fishing. So we re-schedule, and I decide to ask friend #2 if she wants to go with us, but she couldn't and asked if we could go the next day. Friend #4 said we couldn't because her sister's wedding was that day. Well I never technically told #4 that #2 couldn't go. So #4 asks me the next day if she can bring a friend (#5). I said sure, but then later I found out that #4 and #5 are dating now! So I asked #4 if I could invite someone so I won't be third-wheelin' and she said she thought #2 was going. I told her she couldn't, so I finally just settled for being a third wheel. So the day comes to where I can finally see this movie. I am SO excited! I get ready and everything. So finally the time comes to when #4 is supposed to pick me up. I call her, no answer. I get a text from her saying that she just woke up, and she has been throwing up all night. Now, I don't EVER cuss, but at this point I just wanted to say FML! (Excuse my language!)
FINALLY! My mom steps up and is like, I'll take you and a friend if you want me to and she'll just drop us off at the movie theater. It wasn't really my preferred choice of transportation, but I agree. I ask #2 if she wants to go, and she says yes. SO WE FINALLY GO TODAY!
When we get there, everything's going great. We got popcorn, good seats. Well we're waiting for the movie start, and I go to get refills so we'll have plenty for the movie. I'm freaking out because the line is long and I have been DYING to see this movie and I was NOT going to miss a second! So I finally get back to my seat and the previews are still going on, but there's this big black dude sitting beside my seat. And I'm thinking to myself "Keep calm. I don't want to get jumped!" So I sit down, and I wish I never did. This dude STUNK! UUUGGHHGHGHUGHHGUGHH! It was HORRIBLE! And I didn't want to be rude because this is the kind that would take everything personally and would want to kill me. You may think I'm being stereotypical, but I'm not. This was one of them dudes that would do it! So I lean waaay over by #2. Then he's sitting with his legs spread waaaay to appart, so I have no leg room either! So here I am, leaning over the opposite arm of my chair, with my legs all bunched up.
Then the movie starts. I think this would make me relax, but no. Him and his chick start talking! And I just want to scream "SHUTUP!" But I don't. So the whole movie, I am so freakin' uncomfortable.
But on the bright side, the movie is AMAZING! Kristen Stewart was actually pretty good! I think she talks better in a British accent than her normal voice!
BUT, there's about 30 minutes left, and I have to pee like crazy! So, I'm even MORE uncomfortable! I try to straighten up in my seat, but I just couldn't stand being so close to that smell! AND my back starts hurting! But I suck it up!
But, I still think the movie was worth all the plan making AND torturing myself during the movie! :D You should really see it!
